Hours of Operation: Malad Mama is run by a mom and wife, in between the cracks, early mornings and late nights. We are open Monday-Friday from 9am-3pm. Orders can be place 24/7 on our website. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for responses to all emails. 

Can I make changes to my order?

After 24 hours if the process has been started no changes can be made to orders. Shoot me and e-mail or a message and we can try and help as best as we can! All sales are final and cannot guarantee changes. 

When will my items ship?

Every tee is made to order and will ship in 3-14 business days. Although we strive to stay within the 3-14 business day for production of the item, production may take longer during higher order volume times. 

How will my item be shipped?

All orders are shipped using USPS. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a tracking number using the method of preferred contact (text message, email, or facebook messenger) you entered in your order. When you receive your tracking number it can take up to 48 hours for it to update. If your item becomes lost please email us!

Discounts can only be used at the time you place the order.

Returns
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

Custom orders & Apparel

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the us without prior approval.

Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email!

 Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2190 W 1500 N, Malad Idaho 83252

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Colors may appear different in person due to different monitor settings. Due to the handmade nature of each item, Malad Mama cannot guarantee that each item will be identical.
